SHIPPING OPTIONS
To maintain high standards and ensure a positive experience, we have selected UPS (Italy) as our preferred courier.
However, in some exceptional cases, it may be necessary to use an unnamed courier.
The duration and costs of delivery depend on the destination.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
MADE-TO-MEASURE SHOES WITH REMOTE SCANNING
Custom-made shoes with 3D remote scanning have a production process of about 10 to 12 weeks because every single detail is created on the actual measurements of your feet.
For this reason, we need 10 to 12 weeks to produce a pair of shoes; therefore, your purchased shoes will be shipped at the end of the production process.
If possible, we will do our best to finalise the order before that deadline.
DELIVERY TIME
Third parties provide shipping services; these companies do not offer a guaranteed delivery time, only an estimated one. However, we will do our best to have your order delivered within 5 days after dispatch.
The estimated time for delivery starts from the moment you receive an email from us confirming that your package has been dispatched.
If you will not be at the designated shipping address at the time of delivery, please ensure that an authorised person takes delivery of the package. If no one is present at the shipping address, the forwarding agent will leave a notification.
LATE DELIVERIES
We intend to provide you with the best possible assistance, even in the case of late deliveries.
Therefore, we will monitor the delivery of the parcel and will contact you if, within 3 days after the delivery time has expired, we are not notified of the successful delivery by the carrier.
However, if we cannot trace your parcel and our forwarding agent cannot find it within 4 weeks, we will immediately refund the full invoice amount to your credit card.
