ORDERING CONDITIONS
Dear Customer,
The website www.steloitaly.com offers exclusively custom-made shoes with remote 3D scanning of the foot.
On the website you will find a collection of shoes that will be created exclusively to the measurements of your right and left foot.
That is why your cooperation is very important!
On the website you can choose the shoe you like best, in terms of colour, material and style.
You will place the model in the shopping cart, and once you have completed your purchases, you will place your order.
You can pay the amount with major credit cards or using Paypal.
At the time of purchase, within a few minutes, you will receive two emails:
- confirmation of payment
- instructions and the QR CODE to be followed for remote scanning, to be carried out exclusively with APPLE phones.
Your cooperation will consist of taking a few photos of your feet, following the instructions. At the end, the app will notify you that the scan was successful.
However, we also prefer to carry out some manual verifications, which is why you will receive a confirmation email approximately 24 hours after the foot scan has been carried out.
The purchase contract between you and Stelo srl (owner of www.steloitaly.com) becomes effective with the dispatch of the goods.
However, it is important to emphasise that you, when paying for the order, make a binding offer for the conclusion of the purchase contract.
The products and prices of products offered on our website are subject to availability and availability of raw materials and may change without notice.
In exceptional cases, technical or human errors may occur, so we reserve the right to change our offer.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
All our shoes are customised and made to measure.
Pursuant to Article 59(1)(a) and (c) of the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005 as amended and supplemented, it is therefore not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal.
However, Stelo wants your experience to be the best possible, even if you have second thoughts.
So, if you have placed an order but have not yet had a 3D remote foot scan, you can cancel it within 24 hours of payment.
In this case, we will reimburse you in full for the amount you have paid.
To request a refund, please send us an email to the following address: customercare@steloitaly.com with your contact details and the order number you wish to cancel.
In the case of sales of products that do not require remote scanning or that are not customised, (such as the non-personalised shoe-cleaning set) you may request a refund up to before shipment.
Please note that if the order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

PAYMENTS
Italy
Our website shows all product prices with VAT at 22% included (the value-added tax for Italy)
Rest of Europe (European Union)
In the case of shipping within the European Community, VAT is only charged on orders placed by customers with a shipping destination in the European Union.
If the customer is in the European Union and his country’s VAT rate is lower or higher than 22%, the VAT rate will be automatically adjusted during the checkout process, affecting the final price.
Rest of the World
Given the large volatility of currency in some Countries we want protect your shopping. That's why our e-commerce does not automatically convert every currency to the local one because it does not support the currencies of some countries.
In these cases, by default, our e-commerce follows a standard currency, the EURO.
Non-EU customers will be charged the price net of any taxes, import duties, customs duties and local sales taxes imposed by their country.
Shipping costs depend on the shipping address and are indicated during the purchase process.
If you purchase from a country outside the European Union, please note that you will be responsible for all import duties, customs fees and local sales taxes levied by your country. As we cannot estimate these additional costs, we advise you to inquire at your local customs office.
Please note that taxes, duties and charges will be invoiced to the customer and collected by the courier or local postal service. In some countries, the postal service announces to collect the parcel directly from customs to offset import taxes and duties.
Shipping costs
You will be able to see the list of shipping costs when you check out.
You can then place the product(s) you wish to order in the shopping cart, proceed to Check out and enter the shipping address.
When checking out, you can select the most suitable shipment for you and its price.
PAYMENT METHODS
We offer the following payment methods for orders placed via our website:
- CREDIT CARDS
- VISA, MASTERCARD , MAESTRO and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
For mutual security, www.steloitaly.com only accepts cards enrolled in the 3D Secure protocols.
These 3D Secure protocols protect the credit card from unauthorised use during online purchases.
To make a 3D Secure payment, you must first register with the card issuer to obtain your private password and/or register for additional proof of authentication (SMS, fingerprint, etc.).
Each time you attempt to make a payment on our website, the bank that issued your credit card will ask you to provide this password or other additional means of authentication.
All credit card payments on our website are processed via STRIPE, an online payment processing service (for more information, visit www.stripe.com).
APPLE PAY: when you choose to pay with Apple Pay, you are using Apple’s payment service (www.apple.com/apple-pay/).
GOOGLE PAY: when you choose to pay with Google Pay, you are using Google’s payment service.
PayPal: when you choose to pay with Paypal, you use Paypal’s payment service
